Rebrand in Real Time: we’re adventuring into a new niche

If you haven’t already heard… we’re rebranding! And we’re doing it a little differently. Read on for the latest update and an exciting new niche we’re adventuring into in order to offer more for our clients.

What is this ‘Rebrand in Real Time’?
Instead of doing everything behind the scenes and only revealing it all once we’re done, we’re bringing you along on the rebrand journey. We can’t promise it’ll be quick or neat and tidy and we’re hoping to share all of the messy progress with you. We want to give you a proper insight into what it’s like to rebrand. As we’re doing this at the same time as remaining open as usual for clients, and we’re doing it all internally, the process is going to be slower for us than it would when we work alongside a client.

Rewind a second… where did this ‘niching’ come from?

As part of our rebrand process, we’ve been taking a step back to look over everything we currently offer our clients and what we want to offer more of. This has involved firstly, reflecting on personal and business values, as well as the values of our ideal clients. As much as we’d love to jump straight into the visual rebrand, it all needs to start from a more strategic place - a place of knowing who we are and who we serve and who we want to serve. With that in mind… we’ve been revisiting our core values and asking ourselves honestly “do all of these values align with us and are we missing any?” and then looking at the clients we love to work with and want to offer more for (our new niche).

Our values refresh:

When I (Amy, founder) started Bloom Creative, I defined our four core values as: Creativity, Quality, Integrity, Care. And these values absolutely still run true for the business. But they were missing some depth, and there are certainly values we have that aren’t listed here! On reflection, our underlying values (the core values are yet to be ‘officially’ defined) look a little something like this, in no particular order: honesty, authenticity, integrity, curiosity, empowering, celebrating individuality, welcoming, creative, adventurous, exploration, inclusivity, connection.

That new niche we’re adventuring into…

Our joy is working with and creating bold, colourful designs that speak of the heart of your business. And our other joy is experiencing new places, countries, destinations, and attractions with the people we love. Ask us to picture our ideal social team day and it would either be an extreme day trip to another country or an escape room followed by a trip to the beach. So, we’ve combined it all! Our passion for meaningful designs, with our love for adventure and exploration, so that we can offer clients the best of what we do (and when we love what we’re doing, you’re going to get even more out of us!)

Guiding travel, tourism and hospitality brands to adventure further with designs that feel like their destination.

This is our current niche statement (exact wording is yet to be ‘locked in’) - so we know where we’re heading and who we’re going to be attracting with our services. We’re continuing to work behind the scenes on our ideal client profiles, our ‘hook’ statement (that will be big and bold the moment you land on our website) and soon it’ll be time for the visual design (which we really can’t wait to get stuck into!)


Is anything changing right away?

Nope! The beauty of sharing our rebrand in real time with you is that you get to see it all as we work on it instead of it being kept secret until the ‘big launch’. (Speaking of… Bloomify launch party when we get there, anyone? 🥳 ). That means that nothing is changing right away and we’re continuing to work with and offer services to businesses and brands in need of branding and design support - get in touch to discuss your project with us.
